Stewardship is a "way of life", a way of thanking God for all His blessings by returning a portion allotted to us by God through Prayer , Service and Sharing.
Prayer involves being with God in prayer and worship, sharing our love with family and friends, and volunteering our time in church and community activities that help others and promote justice.
Service arises from the fact that God has given each of us the ability and gifts to do certain things well. We are to develop those talents for the good of others. Many individuals commit a certain number of hours to share their talents with the parish or community.
Sharing is equally as important as prayer and service. Sharing is critical for the support our parish, diocese, Catholic school and the community organizations.
Take time to reflect on how you would like to return to the Lord what he has generously given to you through prayer, service and sharing with your parish family.
